Re: The Garden of Glass Roses

[ Alas, the rose does not transform. Unfortunately, all the edges of the roses are extremely sharp, drawing blood that begins dripping to the ground before you're even aware you've been cut.

As your blood soaks into the soil, another rose bush starts to grow from the spot. This bush is not glass, but normal growing plant, and it entwines itself around the nearest glass rose bush, attempting to choke it. Somehow, the new roses are not damaged by the glass.

As its growth slows, the glass rose bush cracks and begins to crumble, and the new bush begins to flower, vivid and unnatural pink-and-amethyst roses blossoming and releasing strong but not overpowering smell of roses undercut with copper. ]
