[ There is nothing on the desk. Once you take the candle, it lights itself, and the melting wax smells distinctly of blood and the sea. ]

As she walks through the darkness, the candle doesn't seem to show anything, but it's clear that she's getting somewhere.

As she walks, she can hear a quiet voice speaking. It almost sounds like Lucky, but younger, as if she were about Karen's age. ]
