[ touching does nothing. The photos are all pretty blurry, impossible to really make out the features of most of the people photographed. Somehow, though, you can tell they're all teenagers and kids barely past being teenagers.
One is of Dare and a boy a couple years older who can't be anything but her brother. And there are a few of Lucky with various blurry people, but Lucky when she looked... well, younger than Rider, at this point - she looks closer to the age Rider was when she met him. ]
[not sure if these are good or bad pictures. So....I guess. I am moving to the candles.] Do I need to keep it lit, and does it have to be in my hands, or just on my person in general?
Re: The Office
I know, but... it's dangerous. Maybe you could just stay out here. And-- and not go in?

Re: The Office
[ Karen shivers, but takes a deep breath and forces a smile. ]
I'll be okay.
Re: The Office
Re: The Office
...you need to take a candle. It's the only way to get there. And don't let it go, not for anything!
Re: The Office

[And picking up a candle.]
Re: The Office
[ The flint device proves unnecessary, as your candle lights itself when you pick it up. It smells like sea water, blood, and candle wax. ]
