The childish voices at the edges of the room had started jeering and hollering, but as the fire caught, both Blind Michael (for of course that's who he is) and the voices let out a truly nightmarish shriek that last for about 15 seconds, and then...
Nothing, other than the sound of something metal hitting the ground in front of the throne. ]
[Oh good gods, that is a horrible sound, but he grits his teeth and bears it so he doesn't drop his fire things.]
[Just....gonna keep the sword and candle out right now as he approaches the throne, looking around with the extra fire to see if he can spot anything else.]
[Okay, will recall the blade into the hilt, still got the candle, and who knows how much the magic is in the candle. Hilt in a pocket and picking up the key to go investigate those doors.]
[ The girl sits up, turning towards you, and it becomes immediately clear that this girl, though younger than you'd expect, is definitely Lucky. She has the same colorless fog-gray eyes, and the same facial features, though they're softer on this girl than on Lucky. ]
[He kneels down, smiling.] What? I'm almost hurt, don't you recognize your fellow viking friend? [She might not 'remember' like the other Lucky, but he'll try.]
