[ There's no one memory that comes from touching the blood stain, but more a sense of time.
Years spent escaping from Faerie, scraping by with other young people like her, and Devin, always Devin, there being in charge, being kind, being cruel.
Plenty of bruises. And plenty of love, from Lucky, anyway.
And over all of it, a stronger sense of hurt and betrayal.
Your fingers come away with a thin smear of blood over them. ]
[....yeah, let's touch the other bloodstain with the same hand with fingers I didn't touch the other blood stain with. Just...because in for a penny, in for a pound.]
[ She says it more lightly than blowing it off, and waves as you head upstairs.
The staircase is dark and steep, and when you get to the top, you're faced with a poorly-lit hallway. On the right-hand side of the hallway are three identical, unmarked doors, and on the left is one door - identical to the others but for a battered plaque that says "Office". ]
[ The office door is locked. There's a keyhole in the doorknob.
Also you might notice that the blood has dried, though it hasn't darkened and still is unremoveable. It no longer smears or leaves marks on what you touch. ]
Re: The Lobby
[He looks at the second and....a pause.]
[Touches the blood stain because you know. Touching in hearts.]

[Wiping the blood off on that handkerchief. Or....trying, at least.]

[Will make note of that then.]

Re: The Lobby
Guilt, grief, anger.
Very heavy on the guilt. ]
Re: The Lobby
[Pulling away his hand and going to guess there's MORE BLOOD, but...gonna look at those windows again.]
What would removing the boards do?

[He looks around and straightens up.] Are you staying here, or are you gonna be following me?
Re: The Lobby
I can come with you, if you'd like.
Re: The Lobby
...is there any way I could help you though?
Re: The Lobby
Yes. If you're helping her, you'll help me too, sooner or later.
Re: The Lobby
How about we move on, and see how things go?
Re: The Lobby
Re: The Lobby
[Going over to the stairs.]
See you later, Dare. Take care of yourself, okay?

[Let's check out the office.]
[He's also being careful to use his not bloody hand. '-']

Re: The Lobby
[Hmmm, let's not break the lock quite yet. Lets try one of the three unmarked doors. First one in the hall.]
Re: The Lobby
Re: The Lobby
[Before the Office, gonna take a look if the middle door is what I think it is.]
